IPOS International成立於 2003 年，作為新加坡唯一專門的知識產權教育和培訓中心，幫助企業和行業利用其知識產權 (IP) 和無形資產 (IA) 實現增長。擁有來自學術界和工業界的多語種教師，系列高管培訓和認證計劃旨在培養知識產權法、IA/IP 管理和價值創造領域的技能和專業知識。Nae 是一名專利審查員，專攻信息和通信技術領域。 Nae 審查了通過國家、地區和國際平台提交的500多項專利申請，包括東盟專利審查合作 (ASPEC) 和全球專利審查高速路 (GPPH) 以及專利合作條約 (PCT)。 Nae 被任命為主要審查員，以推動新舉措的專利申請，例如 IPOS 的金融科技快速通道和與柬埔寨的專利重新註冊合作，以加速通過新加坡的全球創新流動。
Nae is a Patent Examiner, specialized in the field of Information and Communications Technology at the IPOS. Nae has examined over 500 patent applications filed via national, regional and international platforms including the ASEAN Patent Examination Co-operation (ASPEC) and Global Patent Prosecution Highway (GPPH) and Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). Nae was appointed as the key examiner to drive patent prosecution of new initiatives such as IPOS’ FinTech Fast Track and patent re-registration cooperation with Cambodia so as to accelerate global innovation flows through Singapore.
Having obtained the Public Leadership Credential (PLC) from Harvard Kennedy School, the Master of IP and Innovation Management (MIPIM) from the Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS) and Master of Science in Management of Technology (MoT) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nae was exposed to various high-level IP initiatives, including the IP Hub Master Plan and Singapore IP Strategy (SIPS) 2030, which he further acquired IP knowledge in both breadth and depth at the IPOS.
Possessing a decade’s experience in both management and professional roles at the IPOS, Nae’s deep understanding of IP, including his international experience in bilateral and multilateral cooperation may help him remain instrumental in the IP community that supports the developmental goals of our economies and societies.
